Whitelist IP address stuck in the firewall

If you try to log in to your account (e.g. e-mail, FTP, DirectAdmin, MySQL) with the wrong login details, you can get stuck in the firewall.

This is a security measure, designed to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your account by, for example, testing several passwords until they enter the correct one. Another word for this is bruteforce.

Should you get stuck in the firewall, we have made it easy for you to whitelist your IP address to regain access.

  1. Log in to the customer zone (https://login.inleed.net) and click Manage under your hosting image.png

  2. Click Whitelist your IP address image.png

  3. Your current IP address is whitelisted. Therefore, it is important that you do this on the device you have been blocked on. ezgif-5-1ac3c6cf6f.gif

  4. When everything is done you get a message at the top right. image.png
