Why is my card payment not going through?

Card payments with us are handled by Payson. Here are the most common reasons a payment does not go through.

  • You do not have coverage on the account
  • You must verify with 3DSecure or similar (e.g. through BankID)
  • You are using a card that is not supported (for example Amex)
