Log in to Directadmin. If you are not sure how to get here, you can look in this guide.

Navigate then to Account Manager > MySQL Management

Press Upload Backup

Then click in the box Drop file here or click to upload and find the backup you want to upload. Under Connection Methond click on Custom Username & Password.

Fill in your login details for the database and click Upload to upload the backup.
