Step 1. Create an account

Start by creating an account with us here . It is required to order new services and to make a move request.

Step 2. Order web hosting

We have 6 different web hosting packages with varying performance, size and limitations.

  • Please read our guide on comparing web hosting

  • For Wordpress pages where speed is important, we recommend the Prime environment

  • For simpler pages, Standard or Special will work if there is enough space

  • Space includes all websites, e-mail accounts and databases on the entire web hosting account

  • Go to the Store tab in the customer zone (after you have created an account)

  • Click on Web hosting and select the desired package

Step 3. Pay invoice

When the payment is received, the web hosting is created and the transfer form can be filled in.

We accept cards , swish or bank giro - all without extra fees.

Step 4. Fill in the moving form

Almost ready! Now we just need to fill in a moving form where we request what is needed to be able to carry out the move.

  • Login to the current provider`s control panel
  • FTP details (if website is to be moved)
  • Email addresses to be moved
  • Any domain names to be moved
Important that the correct details for control panel, FTP and any e-mails are correct otherwise the move cannot be carried out.

Step 5. Our experts start the move 🏆

We start the move in order, and notify you when everything is ready. Should we need more information, we will contact you via email.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a move take?

It depends on how many people are in the queue. Expect 1-7 working days - but usually much faster than that.

Will there be any downtime?

We lower the TTL on current DNS records and test your website before a sharp redirect is made.
This should cause minimal (if any) downtime. No downtime for emails, they will arrive as usual.

I have an external mail provider, will it still work?

Yes, there will be no downtime then we copy the DNS records you have today that point to your external mail.
